We are looking for a dynamic and hard-working team member that will oversee our financial operations. The candidate will have end to end responsibility of all finance related processes including but not limited to accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, debt activity etc.
The candidate is also expected to implement procedures, recommend and improve processes and lead any finance related projects.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Graduate of BS Accountancy or similar course
- At least 3 years accounting experience
- Above average MS Excel skills
- Preferably CPA but not required
- Willing to work extended hours
- Proven knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations;
- High attention to detail and accuracy;
- Ability to direct and supervise;
