We are looking for somebody to help us setup our shared service center and eventually lead the team. The candidate must have experience in transitioning processes from an internal function to a shared service function, improve the process and measure the benefits.
He or she will lead a team of existing finance folks that will be transitioned to a shared service center that will cater to different companies belonging to the group. The shared service head must have experience or knowledge in all major functions of accounting, ability to convert the function to a shared service scope and be able to implement improvements as well as measure the benefits and outcomes.
The shared service center head will coordinate with the various finance heads of each member company and will report to the Finance executive or the President of the group of companies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Excellent leadership skills;
- Strong finance background, CPA is an advantage
