Job Description
Baker is responsible for making premium donuts. Baker shall fulfill any other duties assigned by Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and Team Leader. Baker shall maintain an efficient and smooth operation and work environment by:
- Making premium product consistently.
- Re-stocking product/ingredients as par level.
- Inventory in production assigned on a daily basis.
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate or attending cooking or baking courses. Graduate in Hotel and Restaurant Management or Culinary course is an advantage.
- Must have a prior experience in a food service company of at least 6 months to 1 year.
- Good leadership and interpersonal skills
- Can manage kitchen and staff well
- Knowledgeable in using of baking equipment
- Able to anticipate and produce orders and have minimal wastage
- Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision
