Job Description
- Supervise daily store operations; responsible for the management of operating expenses and food costs.
- Able to do regular restaurant reports such as Sales report, Inventory report, P&L, etc.
- Leading store in achieving performance target.
- Skilled in planning & development of programs to improve overall efficiency of store operations.
- Guarantees the strict compliance of quality control standards, cash & inventory control standards; knowledge of POS is an advantage.
- Srtong organizational, leadership & interpersonal skills.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience as Manager/Supervisor
- Previous work experience in a Food & Beverage Services establishment is a must.
