CONSOLIDATED PACKAGING ENTERPRISES was established in 1994, initially as a food repacking business catering to the food service industry. Throughout the years, it has since transformed herself into a food manufacturing company, and aiming to be a big player in the Philippine consumer food market. Eventually in 1999, because of the growth in the out-sourcing industry,and the on-set of inquiries for manufacturing services, CPE management entered into the contract manufacturing / toll-manufacturing services industry. In preparation for this new market, CPE management established a quality management system compliant to ISO 9001, implemented GMP throughout its production lines, and started its HACCP (Hazard Analysis of Critical Control Points) program. With the new production facility, CPE was able to accommodate more clients in the contract manufacturing / toll manufacturing market . It has recently established its Research Development Department manned by experienced food technologists to develop nutricuetical food products, and customized food blends and mixes for the institutional food industry. She has recently developed new products for several Consumer Company and food service companies, and is developing products on a private label basis.
