Minimum Qualifications:
Graduated from college
  • Degree in Business or related discipline preferred
  • 5+ years corporate administrative experience as an AA to senior executive
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, Japanese and Filipino
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Must be an independent self-starter and a fast learner
  • Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and prioritize competing responsibilities in order to meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with internal and external stakeholders
  • Must maintain and respect highly confidential information and material concerning the organization and the SVP’s role
  • Highly organized
  • Extensive experience in diary / calendar management
  • Advance proficiency in Microsoft Office to include: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe
  • Skilled in setting-up telephone, video conference, laptop with projector for presentations etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, well-presented
  • Highly motivated and enjoys working as part of a growing team
  • Attendance and punctuality is expected

Job Description

The Administrative Assistant – Food & Beverage will provide executive-level support to the Food & Beverage team of Tiger Resort on day-to-day administrative and strategic business needs as to enable maximization and efficiency of the department. This requires a high level of professionalism, diplomacy and discretion in handling highly confidential information and material.


  • Support the department in all aspects of executive-level corporate administrative and personal duties including but not limited to:
  • Calendar management
  • Translation from English – (Foreign Languages) – Filipino and vice versa (written or spoken).
  • Facilitate effective communication between two parties that do not speak a similar language by converting one spoken or written language to another.
  • Attend conferences and meetings and act as official translator to mediate discussion.
  • Translate foreign languages for clients so they can understand.
  • Relay concepts and ideas between languages.
  • Convert written materials from one language into another
  • Edit and proofread text to accurately reflect language.
  • Employ computer-assisted translation.
  • Facilitate communication for people with limited foreign language proficiency.
  • Translate patient materials and informational brochures issued into another language.
  • Meeting arrangement and recording of meeting minutes
  • Travel reservation, scheduling, and events planning
  • Assistance in creating professional power point presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and maintenance of contact information list
  • Main point of contact between SVP’s office and other internal and external communications / departments
  • Research
  • Documentation of dictated instructions
  • Translation from English - Japanese and vice versa (written or spoken)
  • Personal errands as required
