Job Description

Job Overview

Responsible in building and establishing a long­lasting client relationship from the onset of client inquiry. Directs the process flow and liaises with the medical team ensuring excellent client care experience and after care support. Handles internal and external documentation to support payment processing.

  • Builds and maintains strong internal and external relationship
  • Epitomizes a friendly, approachable and knowledgeable individual empowered to serve the clients

Policy, Process and Procedures

  • Ensure compliance with client policies and procedures, and relevant legislations as mandated by law
  • Imbibe policies and protocols for an efficient operations

Environmental Awareness/Customer Focus

  • Establish and maintain a good working relationship with the internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop stakeholder relationships and communications at a working level at all stages of the client experience
  • Identifies and resolves client concern
  • Attends to customer needs in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assists the medical team in managing client’s expectations on health and treatment management/programs/packages

Technical Performance

  • Answers clients inquiries
  • Books clients for consultation/treatment/fitness session
  • Presents statement­of­accounts/billing to clients
  • Ensure accuracy of payment settlement
  • Assists in making sure of excellent client experience in the center
  • Timeliness, accuracy and effectiveness (superior results) of data, reports and pertinent documentation needed by the operations (Prepares a variety of status reports that includes day­to­day activities, closings, and follow­ups such as but not limited to, daily sales report, inquiry tagging, follow­up and cancellation report)
  • Manages clients time in center, use of treatment rooms and waiting time of clients
  • Provide answers to clients queries regarding products and services
  • Identifies and resolves client concern
  • Attends to client needs in a timely and efficient manner
  • Educates and explains to clients center brochures and other collaterals
  • Responsible for client center tour in the absence of the Sales and Marketing Manager

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/College Degree in any related course
  • Must have at least 1 year experience in handling relevant job scope/function. Open for Fresh Graduates
  • Confident when using computer and other office equipment; h​ence, average knowledge on both PC and MAC operating system
  • Must have pleasant, accommodating disposition and presentable appearance
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Efficient and well­organized
  • Self­motivated and has initiative
  • Courteous but firm when dealing with difficult clients
  • Must have an eye for details
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
