Job Description
MANAGER, HUMAN RESOURCES ANALYTICS, Human Resources (HR), to assume responsibility for the critical management of HR analytics and data reporting capabilities. Will build and manage an HR analytics function, lead the detailed statistical analysis of human capital to identify actionable insights, and build predictive models. The insight from this analysis will be used to inform HR talent management decisions and assess HR program effectiveness. Set bold technical roadmaps & push a team to deliver work at their highest potential. The position will involve gathering data from various sources, statistically analyzing large data sets of internal and external data, and assisting in interpreting this data to make well-informed business decisions.

- All forecast system administrator
- HR cost data analysis
- Analyze on compensation and benefits trends
- Coordinate on HRIS Plan Implementation

1. Operational Analytics - Use data analytics and specialized Business Analytics (Business Intelligence) techniques for the investigation of all relevant data to derive insights for decision making.
2. Data Visualization and Presentation - Create and communicate compelling and actionable insights from data using visualization and presentation tools and techniques.
3. Data Management and Governance - Develop and implement data management strategies and governance, privacy and data security, policies and regulations, and ethical considerations.
4. Domain Knowledge and Application - Apply domain-related knowledge and insights to effectively contextualize data, achieved by practical experience and exposure to emerging innovations.
5. Statistical Techniques - apply statistical concepts and methodologies to data analysis.

7. Data Analytics Methods & Algorithms – Capture, clean and inspect data. Implement and evaluate data analytics and machine learning methods and algorithms on the data to derive insights for decision making.
8. Research Methods - Utilize the scientific and engineering methods to discover and create new knowledge and insights.
9. Data Science Engineering Principles - Use software and system engineering principles and modern computer technologies, incorporating a data feedback loop, to search, design prototype data analytics applications.
10. Exhibit crosscutting skills essentials for DSA at all levels.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or other related field;
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in metrics, analytics, or other data-focused area;
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills;
- Must have experience in providing data-based insights for strategy by designing statistical or heuristic models for applications involving multiple statistical techniques and/or stakeholders, coordinating the development of complete datasets needed to support the analytics work; coordinating with internal and external partners to build consistent and accurate strategy for using functional area metrics; developing statistical or segmentation models;
- Ability to effectively partner with others and collaborate across the Institute and remain customer service focused by meeting the needs of the business;
- Must demonstrate the ability to influence, lead, and manage change thoughtfully and positively; lead in a large, complex environment; and present complex information clearly;
- Seek a solutions-oriented individual with strong project management skills;
- Proven track record of completing assignments/projects on time and on budget;
- Supervisory experience in business analytics, data mining or statistical analysis;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
