Job Description
- Ensure quality, accuracy & integrity of data across systems & applications through carefully designed/developed ETL processes from data source extraction, profiling, cleansing, transformation, loading and aggregation to the data warehouse.
- Design, build, test and maintain integrated datasets that cross different source systems. Design, build, and maintain automated ETL process chains that can efficiently populate integrated datasets from different source systems.
- Create ETL processes that can effectively handle and recover from transmission, loading and data errors.
- Implement secure and efficient data transmission and integration process with any data format or source system from/to remote and distributed locations.
- Implement and institute strategic plans for company-wide data integration and observe industry discipline on data handling, documentation & problem resolution.
- Manage, monitor and optimize ETL processes. Analyze & translate functional specifications & change requests into technical specifications.
- Work with Business Intelligence Team to deliver actionable and timely information.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 5 years experience in programming and administering SQL database
- Database SQL/stored procedure programming, function creation and function calls
- MS SQL Server Database
- Batch scripting/programming
- SSIS and SQL Server Data Tools
- Experience in creating ETL process
