Job Description
Deliverables of the Function:
- Site Network development plan (Branch Location Criteria/Standards system and Locating Plan)
- Site Acquisition-Renewal-Termination Process & its full implementation
- Strategic Locations of New Sites based on agreed standard parameters/specifications and target acquisition dates
- Healthy & productive tenant relationships
Core Competencies to enable activities that result in deliverables of the Function:
- Sites Networking Development (Growing Branch Sites through Time)
- Local Area/Territory Mapping (Zoning, Industrial, residential etc.)
- Lease Contract Management & Negotiation (Government Compliance, documentary requirements)
- Lessor Relationship Management
- Project Management
- Basic Business Communication & Computer use (Office Tools)
- Working knowledge on business math
- Cross Functional Teamwork
Key Relationships & Partnerships of the Function:
- Developers and Brokers
- Space owners/lessors, building architects/designers, contractors, regulating local government agencies, utilities providers 3rd pty. facilitators
- Other company's Functional Teams.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 12-15 years work experience in retail, managed teams, can communicate with different kinds of people, organized and a team player;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
