Job Description
- Responsible for ensuring profitable operations in accordance with Management’s directives and income expectations.
- Role shall effectively and consistently implement policies, guidelines and procedure across all areas in conformance with the standards set by the company.
- Accomplishes sales and marketing objectives by planning, developing, implementing and evaluating advertising, merchandising and trade promotion programs, developing field sales action plan.
- Builds and maintains good business relationships and network / connections with designers, architects, contractors and engineers, retail customers or their representatives.
- Prepares and consolidates sales proposals.
- Handles customer complaints and takes necessary action.
- Performs other tasks and duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably Female.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related 4 year course, a graduate of either architect or interior design is a plus.
- 3 years relevant Supervisory, or Managerial experience in store, or showroom operations and/ or any customer-related establishment.
- Has finishing construction (tiles, fabrics, curtains, paint) product experience.
