Job Description
- Maintain a network of corporate clients and real estate brokers to ensure leasable spaces are tenanted and generating income.
- Respond to and negotiate proposals from prospective clients and brokers.
- Prepare and administer contracts of lease and oversee that client expectations are met based on negotiated terms.
- Address tenant inquiries and complaints in matters pertaining to leasing, or coordinate with proper departments to rectify such concerns.
- Address internal customers’ concerns with tenants
- Maintain proper documentation of pertinent files relating to lessees and internal customers to keep department references in order.
- Stay informed of real estate movements in Cebu and other areas company has presence in, to be able to strategize for company’s growth.
- Ensure that leasing team members are completing their tasks and give support to motivate them in their work.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience handling complex customer demands in a corporate setting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and attitude.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Very good time management, documentation, and record-keeping skills.
