Job Description
- Lead the ideation, creation, and launch of KPIs used to drive operational excellence.
- Define, retrieve, and analyze large datasets using SQL, Excel, and other technologies to drive and define operational solutions and approaches.
- Quickly comprehend the business function's process, systems, and underlying data.
- Translate complex data into information that can be easily consumed by leadership to support business decisions.
- Serve as the primary owner of operational data, ensuring its validity, integrity, and accuracy.
- Support capacity planning and headcount requirements through analytical modeling.
- Support the Pasig City Site Leader and cross-functional teams with ad hoc day-to-day queries, specific data requests and general data analysis.
- Support project efforts with data requirements to help ensure successful product launches.
- Work and communicate effectively with internal teams such as Marketing, Compliance, Fraud Product, Finance, Data Analytics, Engineering and Operations – as well as external teams such as a BPO.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or analytical field such as:
- Mathematics
- Computer Science
- Statistics
- Engineering
- Any related field
- At least 5 years of experience working in a fast paced technology environment.
- Proven data mining and analytical skills using various tools such as SQL, Redshift, Crystal Reports, Business Objects, etc.
- Demonstrated success in using data and metrics to validate assumptions, recommendations and drive lasting positive operational changes and improvements.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Preferred qualifications:
- Advanced degree (technical or MBA) or equivalent work experience.
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification.
- Experience leading or supporting structured process improvement efforts.
- Knowledge of the financial services or payments industry.
- Experience with workflow and capacity analysis and planning.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
