Job Description
- Creating programs that will increase PS throughout per store through different means and other than the use of RDS budget;
- Review/ analyze SO and market data to identify trends and provide recommend interventions to address gaps and seize opportunities for all dealers and its top branches;
- Coordinate, agree, drive monitor and evaluate actionable programs that will influence sell out per dealer and branch (in collaboration with DC and retail sales manager-execution);
- Create and evaluate the incentive programs for PS (frequency of relaease, mechanics improvement, key issues, solutions, etc.);
- Develop structure, process, tools, and control measure across all TPAs;
- Evaluate TPA partner performance with specific monitoring process (scorecard) based on the agreed key deliverables. Put a systemactic updating and tracking system;
- Review coverage plan / AOR of FSS and recommend effeciencies without compromising coverage quality;
- Identify the correct PS coverage-optimal headcount, right store to cover, PS development (few stores) plan, etc.;
- Clearly define the role and responsibilities of each TPA personnel while providing recommendations and implications of changes;
- Continuous improvement of TPA structure (identifying the right organizational structure and management style to handle all externally hired personnel;
- Cascade monthly key priorities to FSS and agree on actionable next steps in collaboration with DCs. Ensure that all arrangements are delivered on a monthly basis;
- TPA Management Lead-point person in charge in making decisions and coordination with TPA;
- Ensure that Incentive and Manpower spending stays within the budget;
- Recommend are of effeciencies in spending while still increasing throughput per dealer;
- 100% on time payment and accuracy TPA billing, 100% compliance to policies set by the company.
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of a 4-year college course, preferably business related
- Minimum 5 years in Trade Marketing, with Sales/ Account management background
- Managerial Competence
