Job Description
- Handle recruitment of employees.
- Coordinate with third party vendors.
- Supervise the following:
- Petty cash.
- Office supplies' stocks, truck, or auto supplies needed in the Operations.
- Prepare payroll every 15th and 30th.
- Monitor BIR problems (taxes).
- Implement rules and regulations of the company.
- Check warehouse orders.
- Encode 2307 from suppliers.
- Handle petty cash for weekly budget.
- Handle BIR, Registration of LTO, and different permits needed by the company.
- Interview applicants.
- Ensure time keeping.
- Conduct employee orientation.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate, preferably of BS Psychology, Human Resources Management, or Behavioral Science.
- At least 5 years experience in human resources.
- Basic knowledge of Labor Code of the Philippines.
- Firm in implementing company rules and regulations.
- Creative in coming up with HR programs to foster good employer-employee relationship.
- Discreet in handling confidential information.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good organizing and coordinating skills.
- Approachable.
- Trustworthy, loyal, and concerned for the employees and company.
