Job Description
-
Formulates, coordinates and implements an effective, efficient, flexible and profitable flight schedule characterized by high fleet utilization, compliant with operational standards and acceptable to operating departments;

Undertakes flight scheduling process improvement initiatives;

Prepares/updates/communicates Network Management Manual
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Business Administration, Business Management, Applied Math or Industrial Engineering;
- Three to Five (3-5) years experience in Scheduling Network Planning, Business Development or Market Planning;
- Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent;
- Required skills: proficient in statistical analysis, computer literate (Excel), knowledge in SPSS and SAP, detail-oriented, entrepreneurial skills in business planning, ability to translate good business sense, analytical and mathematically proficient;
- Must have certification and/or training in air transport, airline economics, project management, problem solving and decision making;
- Easily relates with people with varied backgrounds;
- Always makes himself available for schedule-related process improvement projects.
