Job Description
- Handles negotiation of charter agreements;
- Responsible in attaining charter revenue targets by seeking potential charter accounts;
- Coordinates charter requirements with other departments as needed;
- Provides reports and constantly communicates on the status of charter accounts performance versus sales / revenue targets and market shares objectives;
- Discusses key issues / opportunities to achieve revenue target by way of acquiring charter accounts and recommends appropriate action;
- Identifies the important resources in the attainment of set sales / revenue targets and market share objectives for recommendation and approval;
- Formulates remedial action to be implemented in case of non-attainment of set sales / revenue target and market share objectives;
- Performs other related assignments that may be assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business Economics, Business Administration and Tourism;
- Excellent communication, negotiation and selling skills;
- Strong leadership competencies;
- Proficient in MS office and Distribution Systems;
- Exposure to travel industry organizations and associations a plus;
- Well adept in project management and sales strategies;
- At least 5-yrs Sales Experience;
- Computer Literate;
- Good in written and verbal communication skills;
- Can speak and write Chinese (fluent).
