Job Description
- Provide program management expertise work across a broad range of assigned projects.
- Work under limited broad/guidance and be responsible when required for work of others.
- Lead the program management input and ensuring work quality is maintained at expected standard.
- Prepare and monitor Project Quality Plans and Project Execution Plans
- Effectively manage the time, scope, cost, quality and performance of projects.
- Prepare project reports summarizing key issues and strategically advising on best outcomes.
- Be involved in interfacing and developing relationships with new and existing clients.
- Work collaboratively within a mutually supportive team environment with a focus on team success.
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of tender submission and presentations.
- Provide input into the on-going skill development within the project management team.
Minimum Qualifications
- Licensed Engineer or Architect
- Chinese speaking
- Specific area(s) of experience needed: Construction, Project Management
- 10 years working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
