Job Description
- Promotes company's products and services to new clients/accounts and potential clients by highlighting its benefits and advantages to help them better appreciate its competitive advantage.
- Assists in the preparation of strategic plans, systems, and activities of the group related to sales which are anchored with the corporate vision, mission, objectives, and values.
- Explores and evaluates leads to determine the sales potential of the account.
- Monitors and evaluates performance of his team against set targets.
- Assists in the preparation of revenue projection and strategic importance account.
- Manages the assigned sales operational budget by monitoring sales-related programs and special projects expenses to appropriate budget cost effectively.
- Creates a work environment and teamwork that is conducive to the pursuit of work excellence by:
- Providing the department with performance goals and directions.
- Allowing the staff to internalize such things in the daily accomplishement of their tasks, recognitions, and rewards of excellent performance.
- Providing consistent emphasis on continuous improvement.
- Observes established safety and health standard procedures / regulations in carrying out duties and responsibilities.
- Performs other job-related duites that may be assigned by Superior from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year course.
- Preferably female.
- At least 5 years experience of the same position.
- Knowledgeable in Facilities Management set-up.
- With Product and Technical knowledge.
- Knowleadgeable in Financial Reporting and Analysis.
- Excellent in consultative selling skills.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Drive and dependability.
- Customer / Client focused.
