Job Description
- Be primarily in-charge of Operations, Sales, Logistics, Human Resources and Marketing.
- Do proper and continued maintenance of the Space and insuring that it is clean and presentable.
- Keep office equipment and supplies stocked and functional.
- Schedule maintenance for larger assets (air conditioning, erg machines, etc.).
- Schedule general cleaning and misting/fumigation in the case of pests.
- Schedule and budget minor to major repairs and/or renovations.
- Be responsible for Retail and Merchandise.
- Handle staff development and client relations.
- Innovate operating procedures for more efficient results.
- Sales and Marketing
- Be responsible for increasing membership sales through business clubs, start-up associations, free-lance groups, universities, etc. This includes:
- Conduct tours and sales presentations.
- Respond to emails/queries regarding Ignition.
- Develop events that will assist in marketing the facility both to our given target markets and potentially larger ones (corporate accounts, companies, etc.).
- Analyze and troubleshoot problems encountered in selling memberships.
- Develop strategies to increase sales.
- Be responsible for increasing membership sales through business clubs, start-up associations, free-lance groups, universities, etc. This includes:
- Human Resource
- Be in charge of interviewing, hiring, and assessing the staff of Ignition Space and training them to perform their duties. This includes:
- Be responsible for the continued growth and development of all employees of the company.
- Perform evaluations and computations of bonuses.
- Be i charge of strategic partnerships for capacity building.
- Be in charge of interviewing, hiring, and assessing the staff of Ignition Space and training them to perform their duties. This includes:
- Interaction Manager
- Serve as the Events Organizer.
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably a College graduate of Business Management or any 4-year related course.
- At least 2 years of experience on the same field or has Hospitality work background.
- Excellent social skills.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Preferably female.
