- Implement company policy on annual medical examination of employees in coordination with clinic and QA Dept for NMIS Inspection Annual Audit.
- Directly coordinate their TPA employees.
- Conduct counseling to erring employee.
- Attend labor conference and or hearing.
- Attend to employee’s complaints and grievances.
- Develop an effective seminars/ programs for employees' motivation.
- Manage the implementation of company’s code of conduct to all employees.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws.
- Align with Heads and/or Managers for long-term staff requirements.
- Recruit staff by preparing job descriptions and job ads and deciding on how best to advertise in coordination also with HR Corporate.
- Guide pay and other issues, including promotion, regularization, and benefits.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3-4 years of work experience in the same field and position.
- Knowledgeable in the Food Processing industry.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
