- Handle permits and documentation.
- Do site and office work.

Minimum Qualifications
- Licensed Architect or non-licensed but graduated architecture with no failing grades.
- With experience working for an Architecture, developer, and construction management firms.
- Experienced in design and coordination of projects.
- Experienced in troubleshooting design flaws.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
