Job Description
- Provide holistic care for patients at home/hospital.
- Prevent medical complications that could result in hospitalization.
- Monitoring patient status; Making sure treatment regimen is followed.
- Coordination with patient's physician and the clinic.
- Medication compliance.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 1-year hospital experience. Preferably from Adult ICU and ER
- Flexible schedule
- Good Communication skills
- Good initiative and Proactive
- Computer Literate
- Valid PRC License
- Valid IVT License
- Education on patient and relatives
- Willing to be deployed in different area
