We are looking for a Senior Back-end Developer who will be part of our fast-growing DevOps team. Your main task or responsibility will be to create API and data processing applications.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's / College degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any equivalent course.
- At least 5 years of development experience.
- Preferably specializing in IT/Computer software development.
- Experience in the following:
- API integration with either REST and SOAP such as:
- Google API
- Google Analytics API
- Google Map
- Google Adwords, etc.
- Google API
- Message Queuing
- RabbitMQ
- API integration with either REST and SOAP such as:
- Strong background in Python.
- Knowledgeable in the following databases:
- SQL
- MySQL
- PostgreSQL
- NoSQL
- MongoDB
- DynamoDB
- Knowledgeable in AWS EC2, RDS, S3, and DynamoDB.
- Knowledgeable in Git.
The following additional skills are a plus:
- Experience in scraping.
- Knowledgeable in:
- AWS CloudFormation and OpsWork
- Agile development using Jira and Bitbucket
- Pyramid Framework and Celery
- Linux Command Line.
- Familiar with DevOps tools (e.g. Chef, Jenkins, etc.)
