Warehouse Officer (Used car) in Pasay  

My client is a start-up company in the Philippines. Their business is an Auction business for used cars.

After purchasing used cars from financial company or bank, those cars are stored in the warehouse temporarily before the Auction.

1. Receiving and storing vehicles by monitoring the movement and storage system
2. Mainitaining documentation, inputting auction data into system, and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities
3. Conducting vehicle assessment by inspecting the vehicle exterior, interior, body structure, engine, and suspension in accordance with the company's inspection standard for customers' reference.
4. Identifying vehicle defects, Inspecting and reparing them before the auction.
5. Overseeing, improving and resolving operationl problems.
6. Arranging, conducting, and controling auction in order to implement quality, and customer-service standard by cooperating with other departments.
7. After selling at auction, following up customers and explaining well that cars are already inspected based on contractions if needed.

1. Min 7y of experience in inspection/repare/painting service in car dealer as mechanical engineer

2. Experienced in communicating with customers with mechanical background

3. Experience in handling apprpved car (certified used car) is advantage

4. Has knowledge in inventory or warehouse system

5. Experience of managing subordinates

6. Craduated Bachelor in Automotive Engineering/Technology, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
