Job Description
- Recruit new candidates for both internal and external sources.
- Shortlist candidates and arrange an interview schedule with the User.
- Input data related to recruitment needs to system.
- Manage an end-to-end online interview.
Minimum Qualifications
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, preferably from a reputable university (Psychology, Human Resources, or other related major)
- Having experience in hiring/recruitment is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to do multi-tasking and a fast learner.
- Willing to be placed in Kota Tangerang Selatan, Banten
