- Coordinate with the CHED K to 12 PMU and the corresponding CHED Regional Offices for any concerns pertaining to deliverables, receipt of funding, among others.
- Submit all requirements as duly agreed upon in the individual grantee contract.
Next Steps for Research: - During the conduct of engagements, IRSE Grantees are required to submit a scanned copy of their monthly accomplishment report duly signed by the supervisor assigned to them by the sectoral partner to CHED (irsegrants.ched@gmail.com) on the 20th day of the month. Failure to submit the accomplishment report may lead to delays in the disbursal of the grants.
- For engagements that will start during the middle of the month, the deadline for the submission of the monthly accomplishment report is on the 30th day of the month.
- The amount to be disbursed is proportionate to the duration that the grantee is officially engaged with a sectoral partner, that is, upon release of Certificate of Award. In other words, for grantees that start their engagements during the middle of the month, they will only receive half of the monthly grant allocated for them.
- At the end of the specified engagement duration, IRSE grantees under the research component must submit a copy of their deliverables, subject to the work plan and project proposal, to the IRSE team via e-mail (irsegrants.ched@gmail.com). About CHED K to 12 Transition Program - IRSE Grants
The IRSE Grants Team is one of the sub-units under the CHED K to 12 Transition Program which was designed in order to ensure the smooth transition to the K to 12 education system. In order to achieve this goal, the team is offering the Instruction, Research and Sectoral Engagement (IRSE) Grants in order to:
(a) serve as a mitigating measure for HEI personnel who are adversely affected by the nationwide implementation of Senior High School and
(b) provide flexible developmental opportunities for HEI personnel that seek to improve instructional capabilities, increase research productivity, and complement theory with practice through immersion programs.
Specifically, the IRSE Grants Team is tasked with disseminating information to HEIs and sectoral partners, ensuring the local availability of quality engagements, providing support to all stakeholders, and ensuring the timely distribution of the grants.
