Job Description

  • Supervises and coordinates matters pertaining to the development and evaluation of projects in all education programs.
  • Supervises and coordinates the work of the personnel of the division.
  • Examines report and other document for the data needed in the areas to be studied.
  • Supervises the preparation of the draft and final reports on the various projects.
  • Assumes the duties and responsibilities of the chief of the division in his absence.
  • Perform other task that may be assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Qualification standards:

  • Master's degree relevant to the job;
  • 3 years in position/s involving management and supervision;
  • 16 hours of relevant training;
  • Teacher; career service (professional), second level eligibility;

Preferably:

  • Knowledgeable in international quality education standards.
  • With background in monitoring and evaluation.
  • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Flexible and can work under stressful working conditions.
  • Able to interpret, analyze and evaluate data and information and make decisions concerning complex problems.
  • Proficient in MS Office/computer literate.
