Job Description
- Supervises and coordinates matters pertaining to the development and evaluation of projects in all education programs.
- Supervises and coordinates the work of the personnel of the division.
- Examines report and other document for the data needed in the areas to be studied.
- Supervises the preparation of the draft and final reports on the various projects.
- Assumes the duties and responsibilities of the chief of the division in his absence.
- Perform other task that may be assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualification standards:
- Master's degree relevant to the job;
- 3 years in position/s involving management and supervision;
- 16 hours of relevant training;
- Teacher; career service (professional), second level eligibility;

Preferably:
- Knowledgeable in international quality education standards.
- With background in monitoring and evaluation.
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Flexible and can work under stressful working conditions.
- Able to interpret, analyze and evaluate data and information and make decisions concerning complex problems.
- Proficient in MS Office/computer literate.
