Information Systems Analyst II | (KMD, OPRKM) 2nd Posting  

Terms of Reference:

• Assists in the:
  • analysis of the present system and procedures as well as improving the operations;
  • formulation of database structures and design;
  • development of new Information Systems;
  • implementation and maintenance of Information Systems and databases;
  • preparation of systems documentation;
  • conduct of users' training/ orientation on computerization/ information system/ software packages as maybe assigned;
  • project implementation activities;
• Maintains and enhances the CHED website;
• Ensures the security of the CHED website in close coordination with the Network Administrator;
• Prepares reports on website issues and report the same to the Head of SIU and/or Director in-charge of KMD; and
• Performs other functions as may be assigned.

Qualification standards:

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job;
• 1-year of relevant experience;
• 4-hours of relevant training;
• career service (professional), second level eligibility;

Preferably:

• Knowledgeable in Research and Data Analysis;
• Possess excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills;
• Flexible and can work under stressful working conditions;
• Able to interpret, analyze and evaluate data and information and make decisions concerning complex problems;
• Proficient in MS Office/computer literate.
