Job Description
Terms of Reference:
- Assists in the:
- analysis of the present system and procedures as well as improving the operations;
- formulation of database structures and design;
- development of new Information Systems;
- implementation and maintenance of Information Systems and databases;
- preparation of systems documentation;
- conduct of users' training/ orientation on computerization/ information system/ software packages as maybe assigned;
- project implementation activities;
- Maintains and enhances the CHED website;
- Ensures the security of the CHED website in close coordination with the Network Administrator;
- Prepares reports on website issues and report the same to the Head of SIU and/or Director in-charge of KMD; and
- Performs other functions as may be assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualification standards:
- Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job;
- 1-year of relevant experience;
- 4-hours of relevant training;
- career service (professional), second level eligibility;

Preferably:
- Knowledgeable in Research and Data Analysis;
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills;
- Flexible and can work under stressful working conditions;
- Able to interpret, analyze and evaluate data and information and make decisions concerning complex problems;
- Proficient in MS Office/computer literate.
