Job Description
- Attend client briefings/ meetings
- Research on new trends, influencers, venues, etc. for projects
- Recommend creative ideas/ details for marketing, events, experiences
- Client, merchant and supplier coordination
- Organizing and managing projects/ accounts from conceptualization to execution
- Relationship-building -- clients, suppliers, media, influencers, etc.
- Consolidating/preparing event guest lists
- Send out invites and follow up on confirmations
- Secure permits for activities / ingress-egress
- Prepare PR/ seeding materials. (consolidate images, identify guests, etc)
- Prepare Post Event Reports
Minimum Qualifications
- Highly organized;
- Can deal with ambiguity;
- Fast and efficient;
- Resourceful & reliable;
- Outgoing and pleasant personality;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
