Job Description

  • Attend client briefings/ meetings
  • Research on new trends, influencers, venues, etc. for projects
  • Recommend creative ideas/ details for marketing, events, experiences
  • Client, merchant and supplier coordination
  • Organizing and managing projects/ accounts from conceptualization to execution
  • Relationship-building -- clients, suppliers, media, influencers, etc.
  • Consolidating/preparing event guest lists
  • Send out invites and follow up on confirmations
  • Secure permits for activities / ingress-egress
  • Prepare PR/ seeding materials. (consolidate images, identify guests, etc)
  • Prepare Post Event Reports

  • Highly organized;
  • Can deal with ambiguity;
  • Fast and efficient;
  • Resourceful & reliable;
  • Outgoing and pleasant personality;
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
