Job Purpose
- To offer campaign in a professional manner and to establish excellent client engagement.
- To deliver target activated users and deposits of the company.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Conducting outbound calls to Asia Pacific clients
- Achieve business targets consistently
- Create and maintain customer relationships with potential clients
- Actively contribute to team’s success through achieving daily KPIs and adopting a high performance culture
- Keeps detailed records and regular updates in the CRM
- Adhere to compliance and other regulatory requirements within the role
Minimum Qualifications
- Outbound/Sales campaign for at least two years
- Strong sales skills and possess a high level of confidence
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Exposure with AU campaigns is a plus
- Driven and with positive attitude
- Ability to work under pressure
