About Colearn Product Team & Role:

• Our product team is responsible for delivering the technology that helps our offline education partners go online. Through close collaboration with Academic and Partner Success Teams, we strive to build the best engineering and product team that will transform education in Indonesia for the better.
• As a Product Analyst, you will be responsible for:
• Identifying patterns and issues by analyzing data using SQL or other relevant tools
• Creating and analyzing reports for our partners and as well as for internal stakeholders
• Developing a culture where product decisions are always supported by data
• Identify possible improvement on the internal process to support partners, such as Operations, Finance, and create project stream on these findings
• Working with design, engineering, finance, academics, and business teams
• Define success metrics and analyze product performance
• Automating feedback collection processes to ensure no important feedback left unreviewed

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of SQL (Required)
• Graduated in Quantitative measures like (Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics/Economics) is a plus
• 1-2 year experience in analytical roles
• Knowledge of Python or any other scripting language is a plus.
• Previous work experience in a startup is a plus
• Enthusiasm for working in growing Edtech scene of Jakarta
• Fast learner, problem-solver and can-do attitude
