Job Description
The Application Support Officer is responsible for managing the day-to-day processing of application data entry, application documents and follow ups, including managing application records in the sales system and assisting the other areas in the Sales and operations departments.
Responsibilities :
- Following up customer for the return of application and supporting documents
- Responding to customer enquiries about their selected product and application and keeping accurate records of the enquiry
- Accurate data entry of application information into database
- Adherence to established processes
- Maintains a focus on enhancing customer service skills and knowledge
- Actioning other tasks or duties due to business exigencies or as deemed necessary by Management to achieve business goals

Minimum Qualifications
- With Australian mortgage experience is an advantage
- Experience with sales or customer service system and platform
- Able to work a flexible schedule
- Confident and clear communicator
- Able to demonstrate experience of engaging in conversations and building relationships with clients at the highest level
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent work ethic
