Job Description
What we’re looking for
Coins.ph is looking for exceedingly motivated Analysts to join our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Team. As part of this role, you will be expected to study and gain expert knowledge about AML regulations, crypto-assets technologies, and rigorous customer due diligence compliance.
The ideal candidate is ambitious and has a deep interest in the emerging industry of crypto-finance.
What you’ll do
- Investigate crypto-assets transactions using analytics software; ensuring that they are in compliance with Coins.ph policies and procedures
- Perform pre-processing checks of crypto-assets transactions from Coins.ph customers
- Escalate the exceptions of these checks and ensure proper approvals obtained and on time
- Handle queries and resolve issues that arise from crypto-assets compliance operations
- Conduct enhanced due diligence reviews of customers and research, organize, file and document the outcomes of the reviews
Minimum Qualifications
What you’ll need
- University degree in any of the following Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or Finance
- Strong at report writing and documenting outcomes of investigations
- High proficiency in English
- Entrepreneurial, strong sense of responsibility and very high level of integrity
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with Bitcoin and other crypto-assets will be highly advantageous
