Job Description
What You Will Do
As a Team Manager under our Customer Due Diligence and Protection Group, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day activities as well as creating process improvements and efficiencies.
As Team Manager, you will:
- Directly work with Group Head to develop and implement projects end to end.
- Lead and ensure smooth execution and completion of key strategic initiatives for the Customer Due Diligence and Protection Group.
- Develop strategies to improve performance and drive growth for the Group.
- Work closely with the Group Head and Group team leads to solve problems and optimizing processes to meet Group KPIs.
- Oversee and manage the Group's daily metrics, SLAs, and workflows and work with Group team leads to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with other functions including Engineering, Security, Customer Solutions, Marketing, and Business Development.
Minimum Qualifications
Who You Are
- Graduate of Business Management, Entrepreneurship, Operations Management, or equivalent
- Has a minimum of 5 years experience in Risk, Customer Due Diligence, and Operations or related field (experience in finance and/or tech is a plus)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino
- Highly-flexible, able to wear multiple hats, and thrives in a fast-paced work environment
- Knowledgeable in Google Suite programs
- Data-driven, thinks fast under pressure, and solves problems on the go without being overwhelmed
- Trustworthy and able to protect confidential information with discretion
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work quickly without supervision
- Discreet and upholds customer privacy and confidential information
- Has a track record for getting things done - drive, ownership, and execution is at the core of our culture
