Verification Specialist

Job Description

The Customer Verification would:

  • Provide quality checking of customer information
  • Manage daily account verification requests
  • Identify bottlenecks that affect the performance of the Verification Team
  • Work with other teams in Operations to share perspectives and ideas
  • Identify opportunities for growth and development
  • Plan and implement strategies to provide excellent customer experience.

Minimum Qualifications
