Job Description
- Ensure on meeting daily KPIs
- Receiving end-user calls and the ability to provide excellent service
- Ensure order taking accuracy and upselling skills a plus
- Provide first level resolution
- Ticket creation / Categorization / Prioritization
Minimum Qualifications
- Finished at least 2nd year level of any course (Old curriculum) or Senior High graduates (New Curriculum)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- 2-3months BPO exp is preferred
- Must have at least 20MBPS ISP.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
- Willing to work from home and onsite in Cebu
