Job Description
- Ensure that transactions are processed per the Desktop procedures
- Ensure that the assigned targets are met in accordance with SLA (Service level agreement) and Internal standards
- Ensure that the quality of transaction is in compliance with predefined parameters as defined by process excellence
- Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in nursing and have a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Nursing or equivalent.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Taguig.
- No work experience required.
