-Oversee and manage the delivery of allocated T24 project.
-Clear understanding of the T24 design and architecture, product upgrades, configurations/parameters required for customizing the software to accommodate business requirements.
-Clear and complete understanding of the SDLC lifecycle including data migration from legacy systems to T24.
-To plan and schedule resources to the requirements of the business for T24 projects
-Ensure adherence to Bank Quality process and vendor (Temenos) guidelines on T24 Programming standards and release methodology.
-Implement best practices of T24 implementations to have a robust strategy for deploying service packs and core product patches.
-Ensure quality deliverable with minimal or NIL delivered defects.
-Ensure smooth transition to support from projects.
-Create accurate effort estimates for larger and complex projects to ensure delivery within scheduled plan
-Imbibe metrics culture to track progress, correct deviations and take preventive actions accordingly
-Monitor, follows-up and review work progress, so as to ensure that delivery is on time and adheres to prescribed quality norms
-Driving quality initiatives like introduction of automated tools for improving productivity, reducing human errors, etc
-Resolve issues and perform comprehensive reviews at various stages of the project so as to identify and minimize deviations from schedule and quality.
-Contributing towards product evolvement and knowledge management
-Contributing to process improvement and ensure process compliance
-Allocate work to resources based on capability and availability so as to maintain optimal resource utilization
-Track and monitor work so as to ensure delivery of team output in line with schedule and quality norms
-Timely status updates of the project and highlight risks to the line manager.
-Technically skilled and equipped to drive and support the technology challenges faced during various phases of the project across all projects
Minimum Qualifications
Mandatory Skills
- Proficiency in Bank and Financial Technology Architecture models
- Experience in Temenos Technology frameworks (SaaS, BaaS) and Exposure to Integration/interfacing with various systems
- Strong in Core Banking knowledge
- Experience in TEMENOS Implementation medium to large scale
- Worked with Temenos standard software and hardware configuration including on premise and cloud setup on Azure and AWS.
- Good knowledge of IF, IRIS, DLM, RR, Interface Development, Open Financial Services (OFS)
- Must have strong consulting skills like Stakeholder management, Communication and advisory type of capabilities.
Proficient in the below technical focus
- Java / TAFJ / TAFC Programming
- Core and Customer technical
- Account and related Set ups technical
- AA Loans, Collaterals and Limits technical
- Multi company and Multi Book
Desirable Skills
- GL & Financial Parameters
- Exposure on Soft Accounting
- Other AA modules
- Knowledge in Agile concepts, SCRUM methodology
- Knowledge of how Temenos Core Banking enables one or more end-to-end business process.
- Experience in conducting product Architecture and review workshops.
- Temenos T24 project delivery experience would be a value addition.
