Job Description
- Lead and educate the District Managers in achieving sales and transaction growth of stores under their district.
- Make continuous necessary improvements to achieve stores’ optimum performance and bottom-line results.
- Regularly review systems and processes to improve operational efficiencies leading to the delivery of excellent quality, service, and environment.
- Maintain positive company morale and represent The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® in a professional manner.
- Fulfill any other duties assigned by the Managing Director and other Corporate Officers.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any of the following courses:
- Business Studies
- Business Administration
- Business Management
- Human Resource Management
- Economics
- Sales and Marketing
- Commerce
- Food and Beverage preparation
- Services Management
- Mass Communications
- 5 years progressive work-related experience in the same position specializing in Food and Beverage, Restaurant, Hotel Service, or its equivalent.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
