HR Executive  

Who You Are

Along with the HR Team, you are a facilitator of employee journeys starting from their talent selection to their career advancement or separation. You are comfortable with various general human resources functions with the aim of bringing about employee welfare and work efficiency.

The HR Executive reports to the HR Business Partner and the Head of HR.

What You Do

• Partner with hiring managers to assess talent needs and develop recruitment strategies
• Identify the best possible sources to attract a wide variety and diverse population of candidates.
• Advocate amicable resolutions by handling employee grievances and facilitating connect sessions or focus group discussions as needed
• Conceptualize and coordinate company employee engagement activities and labor relations programs
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
• Propose training and development initiatives to meet the specific business needs of the organization.
• Maintain employee information in the HR database and regularly create analyses and reports
• Perform administrative functions as needed

• Minimum 3 years experience in the field
• Well-versed on various Talent Management processes and strategies
• Knowledge on the Labor Code with the ability to develop policies and best practices
• Good negotiation and facilitation skills
• Comfortable speaking in a group setting
• Able to manipulate data and create reports in an HR database
