Role Summary
Operam is hiring a Growth Marketing Analyst for its Growth Team. We are looking for a data-driven person to dive deep into big data to extract, analyze, and report findings that drive our clients' growth. You will be the subject matter expert in the growth marketing space and generate impactful performance-oriented solutions. Continuous monitoring of performance is critical, all while resolving data inaccuracies and identifying opportunities and risks for growth.The ideal candidate is a data-driven thinkerwith a strong understanding of lifecyclemarketing in ecommerce, gaming or other KPI-driven mobile-first environments.
Responsibilities
- Optimize large-scale digital marketing campaigns across performance-oriented channels such as social (Twitter, Facebook) and programmatic (DV360) video and display.
- Develop digital media plans strategizing high-to-low funnel objectives & investment allocation across forms based on client goals.
- Implement real-time optimizations across Facebook, DV360, Google Ads (display & video-focused).
- Ability to define and drive a data-driven marketing strategy; detailed analysis of gaps and opportunities.
- Familiar with user acquisition, conversion rate optimization and retention best Practices
- Understand user funnels and lifecycle management and recommend programs that will improve Growth marketing KPIs through the full user lifecycle
- Develop user segmentation strategies, conversion path optimizations and other creative solutions to improve CAC:LTV performance.
- Model user flows that increase conversion and activation, reduce churn, and foster stronger brand relationships
Minimum Qualifications
Must-Have:
- 3+yrs of mobile-first consumer marketing experience with a strong track record of measurable results
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative major like Math, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
- Proficiency with SQL
- 2 years experience data analysis
- Advanced to expert level Excel skills
Nice-to-Have:
- Familiarity with digital marketing data, familiarity with, familiarity with BI tools like Tableau, Looker
- Understanding of ad attribution and tracking with mobile measurement partners (e.g. TUNE, Adjust, Appsflyer, Kochava)
- Understanding multi-touch attribution models, conceptually and practically
- Experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, including landing page testing with Unbounce, Instapage, or VWO, , email capture, and abandoned cart programs
- Must be a self-starter and a strong team player
- Must be willing to work with US Pacific Time office hours
- Has an excellent grasp of spoken and written English and can articulate ideas clearly and concisely
- Has an affinity for US market trends
- Constantly updates themselves with the latest developments in analytics
- Enjoys working in a challenging and fast-paced environment
