Operations Associate  

BuildZoom is a software company in the construction industry. It is a seamless platform for project owners to find the right general contractor for their construction needs. Our growth in the industry will need a highly competent individual who will contribute to the company's continued success.

This is an opportunity to work closely with our Business Partners and get immersed in the wide-ranging projects. Your main responsibility is to provide operational and administrative support by conducting research, data analysis, preparing reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions as needed.

What you will do:

• Provide recommendations to the Business Partners thru data research and analysis.
• Prepare reports by collecting and processing information, ensuring the collection of insights, data, and/or ideas.
• Conserve executive’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence, drafting letters and documents;
• Collaborate with internal and external parties for the completion of deliverables
• Provide additional support to the Customer Success Teams

• Strong attention to detail and skilled multi-tasker
• Excellent communication skills both internally and externally, verbal and written
• Outstanding time-management skills and adept at setting priorities
• Process-driven, and passionate about providing high-quality output consistently
• Self-motivated, assertive, and eager to find and execute ways to deliver expected results
• Data-centric and proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
• Knowledge in SQL is a plus
• Willing to work in the night shift
