Job Description
Background of the Role
Code Ninja is looking for Customer Service Representative for one of our startups, Veterans Home Access. Veterans Home Access is a veteran-owned business that simplifies and expedites the search and delivery of military discharge documents.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls, e-mails and other web interactions
- Listen to the concerns and/or needs of the consumer
- Provide accurate support, answers and resolutions to the appeal raised in a professional and confident way
- Document the process undertaken in each transaction pertaining to the problems, requests and actions
- Maintain high level of expertise in computer tools and telephone etiquette skills
- Represent the client in a professional manner
- Adhere to the defined processes and procedures and company policies
- Collaborate with the Team Manager or Account Manager if any tasks are needed
- Meet or exceed minimum requirements for productivity, availability and quality requirements
- Guarantee highest quality of service is maintained to meet and/or exceed client specifications
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Has a Bachelor’s degree or any equivalent business experience
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
Qualifications:
• Preferably in sales, marketing, customer service and/or applicable administrative experience
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to be part of us
• Ability to display excellent knowledge of written and verbal communication in English
• Proficient reading skills required
• Ability to present information clearly, listen well, influence and persuade
• Sufficient knowledge in computer and other technology tools (as needed)
