Finance Accounting - General Ledger Associate  

The GL Team Associate is responsible for the day to day monitor of Transaction Record, including the: management and overseeing the business unit general accounting. Assist the GL Lead to ensure that the general ledger accounts and trial balances are accurate and timely for submission of monthly Management Account. GL Associate will focus on maintaining an internal control to minimize errors during process performance, problem resolution, and delivering performance that meets or exceeds defined service levels.

• Coordination across finance and accounting department of all components of the GL: Manage data integrity, the preparation of financial information and GL close reporting, to ensure completeness, accuracy, timeliness and consistency of legal & Statutory reports.
• Monthly Performance Analysis of Financial Statements
• Promote and support the continuous improvement processes and the development of better tools
• Maintain and execute adequate internal controls of GL processes.
• Assists in the Asset & Procurement Dept
• Support external audit requests.
• Provide ad hoc reports as requested by management.
• Support and Manage yearly audit

• Bachelor’s degree with a major in accounting
• Minimum 1 year experience as external auditor is preferred
• Good knowledge and understanding of PSAK
• A good knowledge Internal controls principles
• Broad based experience in accounting and financial systems
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
• Proficient in using Finance ERP solutions
• Fluent in spoken and written business English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Ability to promote a good team environment
• Demonstrate strong work ethic and flexible hours as needed; ability to drive results and meet strict deadlines
