Job Description
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
- Design Product Brief encompassing product specifications, feature sets, value proposition, USPs, revenue targets, and go-to-market strategy
- Assist in product development pricing and positioning strategies
- Review existing product portfolio to identify actionable activities to improve product experience (promotion), occupancy rates, and portfolio growth (product lifecycle)
- Review customer journey and touchpoints with relevant stakeholders to enhance product satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth
- Maintaining timeline new product launch, estimate launch, and special projects timeline
- Monitoring product’s KPI and milestones and develop strategy to achieve targets
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years or more work experience, focusing on product development and management, especially in start-ups or property industry
- Degree in Business, Finance or Marketing
- Consulting or business analyst background are plus points
- Has ability in project management, basic statistics, and financial modeling skills
- Familiar in working infographics for presentation and plans
- Advanced in Microsoft, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
