Job Description
- Supports the day to day Human Resources and Admin clerical services in order to ensure the effective and efficient operations.
- Compiling and update employee records.
- Process documentation and prepare reoprts relating to personnel activities.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, etc)
- Communicate with public services when necessary.
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree; Business Administration, BS Psychology, Human Resource Development, Management or equivalent.
- Applicants must be willing to work at Makati City.
- Preferably with related experience in General HR.
- Must be systematic, highly organized and detail oriented.
- Good knowledge with Microsoft Office Applications.
