Job Description
The Store Manager supports the Area/ Regional Manager in ensuring the achievement of:
- Sales Target Achievement
- Manpower productivity
- Customer Service Excellence
- Inventory Management
- Store and People Management
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and Management
- Fast Learner, Flexible and with strong leadership skills
- With pleasing personality and must be customer service oriented
- Preferably with a background in managing retail store operations and management of staffs
- Willing to work on weekends, holidays and follow mall hours schedule
- Will be assigned in the following branches: NCR, Tuguegarao, Isabella, Urdaneta, Sta. Rosa, Puerto Princesa, Olongapo, Ormoc, Bohol, Dumaguete, Butuan
