Job Description
The Marketing Officer is responsible in delivering the brand’s sales and margin targets by establishing marketing strategies and goals to ensure market share, development and execution of marketing plans and activities.
A Marketing Officer is responsible for:
- Conceptualization, implementation and evaluation of Marketing campaigns involving advertisement and social media planning, promotions, brand activations, brand building, and digital marketing
- Coordination with departments and third-party vendors for Marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence and contribute to sales goals.
- Execute and manage social media campaigns
- Monitor social media platforms and analyze reports, metrics and formulate sound judgment and recommendations
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any four-year course preferably with a degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field
- At least 5 or more years Marketing related work experience in Retail
- Experience in supervising a team
- Experience and understanding the use of Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and other related tools and technologies in Digital Marketing
