Job Description
Oversees daily activities on the hotel & resort properties including front office & guest services,housekeeping, engineering and food & beverage departments. Responsible for operational efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction. Oversees property maintenance and appearances. Typically resides on the hotel property and responds to emergencies in proper manner. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably Hotel & Restaurant Management graduate. Masters degree an advantage
- Has excellent communication / customer relationship skills
- Ten (10) years managerial experience preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent attention to details
- Familiarity with Total Quality Management preferred
- Expertise in at least 2 major facets / functions in the Hospitality Industry
